1. How can I book a service?
Simply contact me by phone or message to make a booking. I’m available every day from 7 AM to 12 PM. Just let me know when and where you need the service.
2. What is included in the price?
The price includes only the snow removal or surface treatment. Travel time and the initial consultation are not included. The price starts as soon as I begin the service.
3. Do you clear grassy driveways?
No, I do not clear grassy areas to avoid damaging your gardens.
4. What happens if the job takes longer than expected?
If the service exceeds one hour, I will inform you immediately, and we will adjust the price based on the additional time required. You have the freedom to set the price according to the effort and service provided.
5. How do you determine the price for a complex service?
If the service lasts more than one hour, I will charge $50. This includes clearing large areas or particularly hard-to-reach spots.
6. What should I do if I only need to clear a small patch of ice?
For a quick service (such as a patch of ice or a small area), the price is $15. I’ll come over quickly and make sure the area is cleared.
7. Can I add salt to prevent ice formation?
Yes, if you'd like, you can add salt for an additional $10. This helps treat the surfaces and prevent ice from forming again.
8. What if I'm outside the service area?
If you're outside the service area (Park City and surrounding areas), feel free to reach out. I'll let you know if I can assist you or if I can recommend another local provider.
9. What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
I do everything I can to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not happy with the service, contact me promptly, and I’ll take the necessary steps to resolve the issue. Your feedback is important to help me improve my services.
